Tax Due Date: July 2, 2026
Note: 10% penalty applied to outstanding balances after this date
Please note: the Town of Comox includes utilities on your property tax notice.
If you choose to defer your taxes, you must pay the utility portion by July 2, 2026. Payment after July 2 will result in a 10% penalty charge.
REMINDER: Don’t forget to claim your Home Owner Grant before the July 2 deadline.
If you're eligible for the BC Home Owner Grant, don't forget that you need to apply through the Province of BC, even if your property taxes are paid through your mortgage.
