The Planning Department guides how Comox grows and evolves, helping to shape a safe, vibrant, and inclusive community. We work with residents, businesses, and developers to manage land use, review development proposals, and implement Council’s vision for the town. Through long-range planning, policy development, and day-to-day support for building and development applications, our team strives to protect Comox’s unique character while planning thoughtfully for its future.
