Communications and Public Engagement Department
The Communications and Public Engagement Department develops communications strategies and plans in line with Council's strategic priorities and objectives. The department informs and engages residents and businesses about Town programs, services and events using educational and promotional content, graphics and other methods.

Bylaw Enforcement Department
Bylaw Enforcement Officers investigate and respond to complaints received about bylaw violations in the Town. Bylaw enforcement generally refers to a host of actions directed at educating the public, conducting inspections and obtaining compliance with local government bylaws.
