Corporate Services provides a central support role for Mayor and Council as well as a main administrative role for all Town departments. The Planning Department is responsible for the Town’s Official Community Plan, Zoning Bylaws and the processing of land development applications including development permits, development variance permits and subdivisions.

The Finance Department is responsible for budgets, collections, and financial reporting for the Town. They issue tax notices, utility billings, invoices, and business licence renewals. They also administer Municipal Marina leases and berthage.

Comox Fire Department
