Comox is updating its Tree Protection Bylaw
The Tree Management and Protection Bylaw No.1125 was adopted in 1994. New challenges have emerged as the Town continues to grow and develop. In alignment with the Urban Forest Management Strategy, the Town is reviewing the bylaw to better align with current best practices, while also responding to community priorities.
