This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Comox (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to supply, implement, and support a cloud-based Asset Management (AM) Software with a fully integrated Tangible Capital Asset (TCA) module, compliant with PSAB 3150, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The goal is to replace manual tracking (Excel, PDFs, legacy paperwork) with a centralized, scalable system that supports lifecycle planning, reporting, and future modules like maintenance and inventory management.
