
Saturday, May 10, is Move for Health Day!
Move for Health Day, is an international event created in 2002 by the World Health Organization to promote physical activity. At Comox Community Centre, we want to celebrate the way movement supports folks to live happy and healthy lives. Physical activity and exercise can look different for everyone, and there are so many ways to move! No matter what it looks like for you, physical activity can help improve mental health, prevent chronic disease, and boost energy levels.
The schedule for the FREE try-it classes on Friday, May 10, is as follows:
