When a proposed development differs from the current land use and density set out in the Town’s Official Community Plan or zoning bylaws, an amendment of one or both of these bylaws may be required. The development proposal should be discussed with Planning staff who will provide information on development review processes and will provide application forms customized for the proposed development.
