The Town of Comox invites interested organizations, associations, and businesses to submit a proposal to lease commercial retail space in the new Marine Services Building (MSB) in Marina Park, Comox, BC, for the use of space within the MSB commercial building, adjacent to the public boardwalk and boat ramp. The Town is also seeking lease proposals for short-term (summer and or year-long) marine tourism-related commercial use in the Genoa Sail Building in the same vicinity as the Marine Services Building.
