Get ready to grove in the Comox Valley! The Town of Comox is thrilled to announce the 4th annual Music in the Park summer concert event happening Sunday, September 1, 2024. This free, all-ages bash will light up Comox Marina Park from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the lower gazebo, located at 127 Port Augusta Street.
Kick off your afternoon with the soulful sounds of The Blackwood Two at 1:00 p.m., followed by Jemma Hicken and the Good Thing, the electrifying Bu VonBlume and headliner Leroy Stagger, guaranteed to make your heart sing and feet dance.
“Our town is excited to host another great year of Music in the Park,” said Comox Mayor Nicole Minions. “It’s the perfect opportunity to stay local, dance, relax, and soak up some incredible music. Pack some snacks or support the food trucks onsite, and something comfy to sit on and join the fun. Look forward to seeing you there!”

A folk duo based in Victoria, BC, brings warm tones and sunny melodies that whisper cosmic hints from a bygone era.
Jemma Hicken and the Good Thing
Jemma is a singer songwriter from Cortes Island known for her unique voice and heartfelt performances.
Bu VonBlume
An out-of-this world band from Cumberland that mixes funk, punk, disco, ska, cumbia, reggae and more to keep you moving to the beat.
Leroy Stagger
Leroy has been a mainstay of the Westcoast music scene for 17 years; 11 albums and countless performances make him a must-see headliner.
