The Province issued a news release on February 16, 2023, announcing the Town was successful in receiving a $500,000 grant towards the Lazo Road upgrade. The grant supports a multi-use path, dedicated bike lanes with a painted buffer zone, and traffic- calming features on Lazo Road between Simba and Kye Bay Road.
