Submitting your Quotation
Submit quotations via email tenders@kineticconstruction.com or via fax (250) 871-8812.
Quotations must remain valid for a period of thirty (30) days after the general tender close.
Personal emails are not monitored on a regular basis on tender day: use the above email to ensure your quote is received.
Kinetic reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to request references for any bidder.
Refer to the Scope of Work for additional requirements and clarifications. The Scope of Work is to be read into and form a part of the Drawings and Specifications and Tender Documents for the project and the whole shall constitute part of the Contract Documents.
All requirements indicated on the drawings, specifications and addenda are to be included as part of the Work; however, the General Conditions and Scope of Work may include additional requirements over and above those of the drawings and specifications. Review all sections of the specifications to determine the requirement for submittals such as shop drawings, samples, mockups and engineered drawings. All requirements contained within the tender documents are to be included in the bid. No claims for extras will be accepted unless exclusions are clearly and specifically identified in the Contractor’s bid. The Bidder is to report any discrepancies prior to submitting the bid.
This project will be administered through the internet-based project management system provided by the Construction Manager which is available to all team members through Procore.
It shall be the requirement of the Subcontractor to utilize this system for project management.
