This notice is for a public information session that will be held in accordance with
Council’s resolution 2026.201 regarding the proposed rezoning of a subject
property at 721 Lazo Road in Comox, shown shaded on the map below.
The information session will be held on July 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Council
Chambers, located at 1801B Beaufort Avenue, Comox, BC.

The applicant is proposing to rezone the subject property from RC-L (Cape
Lazo Residential) to a Comprehensive Development Zone, to facilitate a six-lot
bare-land strata subdivision with a 1.3 hectare parkland dedication.
