This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Town of Comox to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the development of a comprehensive Asset Management Program. The Program will establish policies, procedures, and frameworks to support consistent, risk-informed asset management practices, while building the internal capacity of Town staff to effectively implement, maintain, and continuously improve asset management practices over time.
