It typically includes details about zoning, building permits, occupancy status, and any known violations or infractions. However, it does not include copies of the actual documents – only a compiled summary.
Property Information Requests (comfort letters) can be submitted through the PSD Citywide portal under the “Other Permits/File Requests” module.
