Please remove all tinsel, lights, decorations, tree stands and plastic bags.
Tree chipping at the Comox Fire Rescue Hall by donation:
January 3 and 4, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- By donation, drop off your Christmas tree at the Comox Fire Rescue Hall at (1870 Noel Ave).
- For a minimum donation of $10, Fire Rescue will pick up tree from your home - call 250-339-2432 to arrange.
All proceeds going to Y.A.N.A. (You Are Not Alone).

Automated curbside cart collection:
- Cut tree in half (or more) and place inside your curbside Organics cart - the lid must be fully closed.
- Do not leave tree on the curb as there will be no collection by hand.
