As you prepare for the coming property tax season, please claim your home owner grant as soon as possible.

If you don't have access to a computer, you can also call 1-800-355-2700 or visit BC Services at 2500 Cliffe Avenue in Courtenay if you need assistance.

Tax notices will be in the mail by the end of May.

The home owner grant must be claimed every year before the due date, July 2, 2024, to avoid a 10% penalty.
