The flags at Town Hall and Comox Fire Rescue have been lowered to mark the passing of Right Honourable Martin Brian Mulroney, Canada’s 18th Prime Minister from 1984 – 1993. The flags will be lowered until Monday, March 3, 2024. The masting period is from the notice of his death until sunset on the day of the funeral (in the case of the Town, this will be Monday, March 25).
