Traffic Advisory: delays on various roads (extended through July 31, 2026)

On behalf of the CVRD (Comox Valley Regional District), Wacor Holdings will be completing some remaining work related to the Comox Valley Sewer Conveyance Project. 

Work will continue along the project route (shown on map below). The roads located within the Town of Comox municipal boundary are:

  • Comox Avenue
  • Rodello Street
  • Beaufort Avenue
  • Stewart Street
  • Balmoral Avenue 
  • Torrence Road

Traffic impacts will be short duration and may occure multiple times in the same areas.

This project will run through July 31, 2026 with work taking place Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm.

  • Please follow all traffic control signage.
    • At times, traffic will be reduced to single-lane alternating - please follow traffic control personnel.
    • Emergency vehicles will have unrestricted access through the site at all times.
