With the arrival of this year's storm season, in an effort to prevent local flooding, the Town of Comox is requesting your assistance in clearing leaves and debris from the storm catch basin grates. View the Storm Mains and Catch Basins map.

Please do not deposit or blow leaves from private property onto the public roadway as it creates a hazard and nuisance and:

  • This action would be in contravention of Bylaw 1652. 
  • Our limited staff and equipment do not allow for prompt removal.
