Move for Health Day is an international event created by the World Health Organization to promote physical activity and healthy living. At the Comox Community Centre, the day is a chance to highlight how movement—whatever that looks like for you—can support physical and mental well-being, boost energy, and help prevent chronic disease.
Make it part of your Mother’s Day plans:
Bring your mom to a class, enjoy time together as a family, or take advantage of Gym Bugs while mom enjoys a relaxing morning. For more information, visit comox.ca/moveforhealth2026.
