PLEASE BE AWARE of the full road closure on Pritchard Road (Noel to Elm) – see red line on map below - (black arrows relate to Transit route diversion.)

  • Thurday Sept 17 and Friday Sept 18th, 2026
  • 8am to 5pm

Traffic: 

  • Use an alternate route. 
  • Follow all traffic control signage and any traffic control personnel. 
  • Residents in the closed area will have driveway access.

Pedestrians: 

  • The sidewalks will be open for use. 
  • Follow all traffic control signage and any traffic control personnel. 

Transit: 

  • Two stops on the #3 route (Comox Local) will be missed: Pritchard/Dogwood and Robb/Stewart. The Town has posted signage at these stops to advise users.
  • The route will be diverted down Stewart Street (from Noel to Robb) - see black arrows on map below.

Emergency Vehicles: Will always have unrestricted access through the site.

Emterra Trucks: Town staff will work with drivers to ensure curbside solid waste collection takes place as scheduled.

Town Public Works crew will be onsite conducting a sanitary service repair.
