Proposed Allowance for Routine Pruning and Alteration of Vegetation Including Tree Removal Within Development Permit Area for Hazardous Areas and Expansion of Development Permit Area for Hazardous Areas to Include Parcels Along Golf Creek
If adopted, the amendment to the Proposed Official Community Plan, 2006, would exempt routine tree pruning from the requirement to obtain a Development Permit and repeal Comox Tree Cutting in Hazardous Areas Bylaw, 1992.
