If you have not received your notice by June 15, 2026, please contact the finance department at finance@comox.ca or 250-339-2202. You can also view your tax notice online by registering through our online portal at comox.ca/propertytaxes
Property taxes are due by July 2, 2026.
Home Owner Grant: Eligible homeowners must claim their grant every year. You don't need your tax notice to claim the grant. Visit the Province of BC website to claim your grant.
