Town Hall, the Comox Community Centre and the Municipal Works Yard will be closed in support of Truth and Reconciliation Day.
September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
The day honours the children who never returned home and Survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities.

Local governments are encouraging the community to wear orange and participate in the Comox Valley Spirit Walk on September 30th at 10 a.m. The walk starts at Harmston Park and travels down Fifth Street to Lewis Park. Everyone is welcome.
