  2. Please read Terms and Conditions on the booking form
  3. Return the completed form to the Comox Community Centre or by email
  4. We will contact you upon receiving the form

Facilities for Rent

The Comox Community Centre has the rooms, big or small, to make your event a success. One of our most popular rentals is our wedding package, starting at just $600, for the beautiful Multi-Purpose Room. Genoa and Spinnaker Sail Buildings At Marina Park

Comox's newest facilities are available to rent!

  • Stunning waterside buildings in beautiful Marina Park
  • Available 7 days/week, 9:00am-9:00pm
  • Each building has a capacity of 32 persons and has chairs (32), tables (10) fridge, stove, sink and washroom (sorry, buildings do not have Wi-Fi, kitchen supplies or dishes)

Multi-Purpose Room Wedding Package - The Perfect Choice for Your Beautiful Day!

The Comox Community Centre provides the perfect setting for your reception offering convenient facilities in an affordable package. The room features recessed lighting, earth tone accents, comfortable seating, hard wood floors and integrated, wireless sound. All of that for just $600 plus GST!

Package Includes:

  • 2950 sq. foot room
  • Up to 160 guests with dance floor
  • 20 round tables seating 8
  • Set up and tear down (excluding decorations)
  • Sound system and SOCAN fees
  • P.A. system with iPod/mp3 jack and two wireless microphones
  • Podium
  • Bar set up


Multi-Purpose Room - Trade Shows, Community Meetings and More

The Multi-Purpose Room is a flexible use room suitable for meetings, trade shows and more. It can be divided by a wall into two smaller spaces Room A and B), rented separately if desired.

  • Dimensions: Full - 2,950 sq. ft. (full), Room A - 1350 sq. ft, Room B - 1600 sq. ft.
  • Ceiling: 11 ½’
  • Additional amenities:
  • Wi-Fi
  • P.A. system with iPod/mp3 jack and two wireless microphone
  • Power Point projector
  • TV “24 flat screen



Gym Rentals - Perfect for Trade Shows

The 2800 sq. foot room is large enough to accommodate job fairs, craft and trade shows. The room can be divided if a smaller space is needed or if you just want to rent the gym for a game of hoops or floor hockey.
