Fitness for Older Adults
The Community Centre has plenty of fitness options for older adults: Senior Stretch and Strength, TRX Training for Seniors and Circuit Training. And for persons who want to regain their health we offer Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Parkinson's Wellness and Balance Recovery and Heart, Health and Breath Wellness program. There are also seniors' rates for Fitness Studio drop-ins and passes.
